Business valuation is vital when you are looking to buy, sell, raise equity capital, or take on a partner.  Yet there is much confusion about valuation.  Many people use “rules of thumb,” but they can all give widely divergent results.  There is also great confusion about EBITDA, seller’s discretionary cash flow, and goodwill.  This course will discuss what creates value and how to maximize it
